The planners’ concept was to create a building that would interact with the city and its transitional spaces. It will be the point where the closed space’s surrounding shell of the theatre and the city connect. Fundamentally the form of the trapezoid elegantly nods towards Andrássy ut. and Károly Körut. Structurally, the bivalved steel framework welcomes, from glass to stone, the most complex elevation materials for any requirement, be it translucency, transparency, or any opaque fill.
